Motivation is a driving force, directing and strengthening a person's behavior in carrying out certain actions. Meanwhile, learning is interpreted as a process characterized by changes in a person's disposition or capabilities. In principle, learning is a student's task, but in fact, not all students have strong motivation and commitment to learning to achieve optimal results. Especially during adolescence, when adapting to physical changes which are also influenced by hormonal, cognitive and emotional changes, students are required to be stable so that they do not experience significant obstacles. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results obtained from individual counseling carried out in four stages starting from identification to evaluation, show that the subject has a below average intellectual capacity so it takes time to capture and manage diverse information. Individuals who do not open up easily, have low self-confidence and a self-concept that has not yet fully formed their own existence can be fundamental things that hinder their motivation to learn. The results of this research are important, as an alternative medium for handling student problems so that you can understand student profiles more deeply.

The COVID-19 pandemic is not the first time this has occurred. Even so, the problem of covid 19 becomes serious when the transmission process is so fast, namely through contact or dopplet media. In 2020, at the beginning of the new school year, the government imposed a new normal system for school trials using the face-to-face system again with several attached rules so that the implementation of teaching and learning activities continued. This method uses socialization media. This socialization was chosen at one of the kindergartens and early childhood education in Kediri Regency, namely TK Kusuma Mulia Seketi in Kediri Regency. The socialization activity for the new normal scenario can be concluded that the Kusuma Mulia Seketi Kindergarten school can prepare some of the necessities needed for school activities that will reopen during the new school year. This socialization is expected to help schools provide adequate, safe and maximum educational services while still complying with applicable regulations.

The presence of business legality is a fundamental aspect in any enterprise. Business legality serves as a standard that all business practitioners, including those operating small-scale businesses like MSMEs, must meet to have their businesses legally recognized. However, legal aspects of businesses are often overlooked by many business operators, including those in the MSME sector. This serves as the background for the development of the "MSME Legal Support Program" conducted by students from the Collaborative Community Service Program Collaborative 84, hailing from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, IAIN Kediri, UIT Lirboyo, and IAIFA Sumbersari. The program employs the ABCD method and is carried out through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The support activities commence with observations of MSME practitioners and are followed by coordination with village officials. The results of the program include enhancing the understanding of MSME practitioners regarding the importance of business legality and the issuance of NIB The long-term impacts of this program encompass the issuance of NIB, which can open up opportunities for collaboration with relevant agencies, as well as grant access to funding sources through government MSME programs. Additionally, this support program forges collaborations with advisors from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, with the aim of streamlining the business legality registration process for MSMEs in Besowo Village in the future.

Fajar English Course as one of the course institutions in the English village of Pare has had difficulties in improving the teaching abilities of its tutors. After two days of training, the Fajar English Course tutors were able to practice teaching with Bingo Review in speaking, grammar and vocabulary well in microteaching. Apart from that, they are also able to make good teaching materials for speaking, grammar and vocabulary using the Bingo review method. Sehingga tim program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari prodi pendidikan bahasa Inggris universitas Hasyim Asy’ari bekerja sama dengan MYELIN English Course melaksanakan pelatihan metode pembelajaran terhadap para tutor MYELIN. Metode pembelajaran yang menjadi materi dalam pelatihan tersebut adalah TPS (Think-Pair-Share), Food games untuk speaking dan Buddy Journal dan Dialogue Journal untuk pembelajaran Writing. Dalam pelatihan ini, para tutor telah mampu mensimulasikan metode pembelajaran tersebut, selain itu juga mampu membuat RPP pembelajarannya.
