Allimna: Jurnal Pendidikan Profesi Guru https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/allimna <p align="justify"><strong>Allimna</strong> is a scientific journal published by the Program Studi Pendidikan Profesi Guru LPTK IAIN Kediri. Published twice a year, in May and November. The aim of this journal is to publish articles of teacher and prospective teacher in the field of Islamic education and learning development in school education. The method used is classroom action research which is one of the efforts to improve learning to be of higher quality and as evidence that educators can present learning in a more professional manner. The research background was carried out at RA AL-Hikmah Turus, Gampengrejo District, Kediri Regency in November 2022. The subjects of this study were 18 children of group B2 RA AL-Hikmah Turus Gampengrejo for the 2022/2023 school year. Data obtained using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that learning that utilizes loose parts media with STEAM media is able to increase the cognitive development of group B children gradually from pre-cycle, cycle I to cycle II. Through the research that has been carried out, there are several suggestions that the author gives to: 1) Teachers, to implement learning using STEAM-based loose parts media to improve children's cognitive; 2) Institutions are expected to be able to facilitate learning with loose parts media from various types of objects; 3) Future researchers, to be able to examine the use of loose parts for learning in various aspects of child development.</p> Nisael Amala Copyright (c) 2023 Allimna: Jurnal Pendidikan Profesi Guru https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-12-01 2023-12-01 2 02 88 99 10.30762/allimna.v2i02.1074 Pemanfaatan Sambiloto Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa Kelas XII IPA MAN 4 Pesisir Selatan https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/allimna/article/view/2003 <p>This article aims to improve the science literacy skills of students of class XII IPA MAN 4 Pesisir Selatan through testing the content of chemical compounds contained in the sambiloto plant (Andrographis paniculata). Students of class XII IPA MAN 4 Pesisir Selatan are expected to improve science literacy skills by processing information related to the sambiloto plant into a scientific fact. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with experimental research type. Qualitative experimental data were obtained from the results of the author's experiments for approximately two months in the science laboratory of MAN 4 Pesisir Selatan. The data analysis technique in this study is to see how the flavonoid compounds contained in sambiloto leaves are believed to have a good impact on the human body and testing the science literacy skills of XII science students of MAN 4 Pesisir Selatan. Based on the research that has been done, it is proven that the science literacy skills of students in class XII IPA MAN 4 Pesisir Selatan increased by 83.3% with a good category. This research is useful to be a reference material for related parties in optimizing the role and function of museums and increasing interest in research among students, especially in history subjects. This research is a quantitative research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interview and questionnaire steps. The data analysis technique used in this research is percentage analysis with the formula P = f / N x 100%. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with the steps of Data Condensation, Data Display and Conclusion drawing / verification. The research sample was taken using the Slovin technique with a population of 115 people and a sample of 35 people. The results showed that the Jambi People's Struggle Museum had an effect of 83.42% on the interest in researching the local history of Jambi MAN Insan Cendekia students. Of the 15 statement items given to respondents, 10 statement items received very good qualifications, 4 statement items were classified as good qualifications and only 1 statement item was included in the deficient category. Increased knowledge and innovation moreover encouraged for the advancement of human life. Developing the curriculum is carried out as a proactive step to provide answers to challenges that have grown from the progress of the times. This study uses a literature search method on the use of subjective strategies and socio-historical approaches that focus on important data about curriculum development. A teacher plays an irreplaceable role in curriculum development. The teacher carries out two main tasks, namely the task of delivering subjects and tasks related to the administration of lessons. In addition to teachers who have a strategic role in improving PAI education programs, the head of the madrasa as the head of the institution also has a very important contribution. This research aims to find out how the approaches and theories used in the context of education. The literature method is used as an approach in this research, by collecting information or academic works that focus on library ownership or studies that focus on critical and in-depth examination of library resources to address existing problems. As a nation, we do not want to be just an object of influence of other countries, therefore education in Indonesia must be able to participate positively in the current era of globalization.
