This study uses Research and Development (R&amp;D) research methods based on the Thiagarajan methodology with four stages, namely define, design, development and disseminate stages. This research was carried out from July-September 2021 with a research sample of 32 students of class X. The results showed that the percentage of the validity of the assessment by material experts was 87%, media experts was 70%, and the practicality test of biology teacher responses (field practitioners) was 92 % and student responses of 92%. Meanwhile, the results of the test scores for the effectiveness of the biology learning module were proven to increase up to 100% and were able to improve student learning mastery. So, it can be concluded that the integrated biology learning module of the local potential of the Karamunting plant (<em>Rhodomyrtus Tomentosa</em>) as a biology teaching material for class X MAS NU Siborong-borong is valid and effective for learning activities.</p> Anni Hafizah, Indayana Febriani, Irwan S Copyright (c) 2022 Program Studi Tadris IPA, Fakultas Tarbiyah, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/ijise/article/view/354 Wed, 30 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of Small Group and Individual Teaching Skills Students of Microteaching Learning https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/ijise/article/view/357 <p>Small group and individual teaching is a form of learning that allows teachers to pay attention to each student, and establish a closer relationship between teachers and students as well as between students and students. This study aims to determine the ability of small group and individual teaching skills possessed by semester VI students of Primary School Teacher Education Study Program for the 2021/2022 academic year in the microteaching course. The basic teaching skills that must exist in a teacher or educator can be divided into eight types of skills. These skills play a very important role and determine the quality of learning, namely: explaining skills, opening and closing skills, questioning skills, skills to provide reinforcement, skills to carry out variations, skills to guide discussions and teach small groups and individuals, and skills to manage classes. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the type of research used was descriptive qualitative research to describe descriptively the basic teaching skills of prospective elementary school teacher students in microteaching courses involving 10 students. Data collection was done by direct observation in the form of a questionnaire given to students. Data were analyzed quantitatively and presented in tables.</p> Ika Nurul Afifatus Saidah, Nur Ngazizah Copyright (c) 2022 Program Studi Tadris IPA, Fakultas Tarbiyah, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/ijise/article/view/357 Wed, 30 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Improving Student Learning Outcomes Using the Flipped Classroom Learning Model https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/ijise/article/view/358 <p>This study aims to determine the effect of the Flipped Classroom learning model on student learning outcomes on Environmental Pollution material in Al-Hijrah Integrated Islamic Junior High School Medan. This research is a quantitative research (quasi-experimental). The population in this study were all class VII IT Al-Hijrah Junior High School Medan, totaling 94 students. The sample taken in this study was random sampling consisting of two classes, namely class VII-AB Ikhwan as an experimental class and class VII-B Ikhwan as a control class with 16 students in each class. Based on the results of data analysis, the average pretest value of the experimental class was 40.42 including the low category, the posttest average value of 81.0 including the high category. While the average pretest for the control class is 40.00, including the low category and the average score for the posttest for the control class is 61.67, including the low category. The results of hypothesis testing tarithmetic = 5.35 &gt; ttable = 2.04 with probability = 0.05 and dk = 30. With the conclusion that the hypothesis H0 rejected and the hypothesis Ha is accepted, because tcount &gt; ttable = 5.35 &gt; 2.04. This shows that there is an effect of using the flipped classroom learning model on student learning outcomes.</p> Nova Khairani, Indayana Febriani Tanjung, Rohani Copyright (c) 2022 Program Studi Tadris IPA, Fakultas Tarbiyah, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/ijise/article/view/358 Wed, 30 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Teams Games Tournament Learning Model on Students Activities and Learning Outcomes at Modern Islamic Boarding School https://jurnalfaktarbiyah.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/ijise/article/view/368 <p>This research aims to find out the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on students activities and learning outcomes of class XI at Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School. The type of this research is a Quasy Experiment. The population in this study was all students of class XI IPA of Nurul Hakim Modern Boarding School which amounted to 60 students. The sample used was class XI IPA 1 as an experimental class of 30 students and class XI IPA 2 as a control class of 30 students. Research instruments used to find out student learning activities are using a student learning activity questionnaire and for student learning outcomes was use multiple choices test of 25 questions. Data analysis was done using hypothesis tests. The percentage of students' learning activities in the experimental class was 83.70% which was higher than the learning activities of the control class students, which was 51.50%. The average learning outcome in the experimental class model was 82.00 and in the control class was 78.00. Based on the results of the analysis of thitung &gt; ttabel which is 3.06 &gt; 2.00, which means that Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected.
