Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Al-Wasil: Journal of Arabic Education will be reviewed by the members of the Editorial Board and qualified peer reviewers with similar expertise to the scope of the article. Two or more peer-reviewers reviewed each article according to the double-blind policy. A section editor will guide the article before the final decision based on the decision made by the reviewers.

On average, Al-Wasil: Journal of Arabic Education manuscript processing time range from 8 to 12 weeks. Decisions will be made as soon as possible, and the Editor strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors within two weeks. It is the author’s responsibility to make corrections to the manuscript following the suggestions from the editor/peer reviewer. The journal will not publish manuscripts that are not revised according to the suggestion of the editor/reviewer. Authors should return the revised manuscript within 14 working days.
