Aim and Scope

JEELS (Journal of English Education and Linguistics Studies) (P-ISSN: 2407-2575, E-ISSN: 2503-2194) is a scholarly journal aimed to provide a platform for both established and early-career researchers.

This journal welcomes research that focuses on Transformative approaches in English language education and linguistics, emphasizing the application of technology, the integration of Islamic values, and the intersection of these domains to foster meaningful change within Islamic educational settings.

Topics might be about innovation, values, and change within the context of Islamic education; examining how technology reshapes English language teaching and learning including the use of artificial intelligence, digital literacy, mobile learning, and other technology-enhanced pedagogies, exploring the integration of Islamic in English language education—covering curriculum design, classroom practices, materials development, and discourse studies that reflect Islamic perspectives; as well as examining the intersection of technology and transformative practices in Islamic educational settings, contributing to the advancement of English education.
