About the Journal
JEELS (Journal of English Education and Linguistics Studies) is a scholarly journal aimed to provide a platform for both established and early-career researchers.
This journal welcomes research that focuses on Transformative approaches in English language education and linguistics, emphasizing the application of technology, the integration of Islamic values, and the intersection of these domains to foster meaningful change within Islamic educational settings.
It is published biannually, May and November, by the Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syekh Wasil, Kediri, Indonesia. The submissions accepted throughout the years. Papers are all subject to peer review before being accepted for inclusion.
Starting from Vol. 10 No. 1, JEELS has been reaccredited Sinta 2 by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Ristekdikti) of The Republic of Indonesia based on Director Decree No. 152/E/KPT/2023 dated 25 September 2023.
